Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over the age of 18; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic insomnia; 3. Insomnia severity index score >=15 or PSQI>6 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe mental diseases, hearing abnormalities, speech dysfunction and inability to cooperate; Including but not limited to acute stroke, acute pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, acute myocardial infarction, recent fracture, recent surgical operation, severe trauma, tumor and other serious or interfering physical diseases; The presence of any medical conditions worsened by sleep restriction (bipolar disorder, history of mania, epilepsy, hypsomnia, schizophrenia, etc.); Moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea; Restless leg syndrome; Alcohol or substance abuse; People at high risk of falls; Pregnant or lactating women; Previous cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; People who need to perform highly concentrated work during the day; People who need to work shifts or night shifts; Patients who cannot cooperate with regular review; Refractory hypertension; Secondary hypertension.
