65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 65 and above; ASA I-II; elective laparoscopic abdominal surgery, including gastrointestinal surgery and gynecologic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anemia, hemoglobin 30kg/m2; combined with serious cardiovascular disease and respiratory disease; liver and kidney insufficiency; liver and urinary surgery, as well as surgery that will directly damage liver and kidney function; systemic or important organ infection; long term use of sedatives and analgesics; alcoholism; primary epilepsy or long-term use of antiepileptic drugs; long-term use of antipsychotic medication; allergies history of drugs used in this study.
