LP:Local injection of 0.3% ropivacaine was performed in the superior hypogastric plexus area
HP:Local injection of 0.75% ropivacaine was performed in the superior hypogastric plexus area
C:Saline was injected locally into the upper hypogastric plexus area

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic uterine lesion resection under general anesthesia; (2) Age 18-65 years old. (3) ASA Grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with BMI greater than 40kg/m2; (2) Pregnant or lactating patients; (3) Patients with a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia; (4) Allergic to local anesthetics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) long-term users of opioids and psychotropic drugs; (6) Patients who could not understand VAS or PCA after full explanation. (7) The patient rejected the participant.
