40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perimenopausal women aged between 40-55 years (Based on STRAW+10 criteria); 2. Non-use of hormone therapy and psychoactive medication within the last 3 months; 3. At least 12 months of sedentary behavior (including not exercising regularly or being in a sedentary state =8 hours/ day that is characterized by sitting, reclining, or lying posture); 4. Self-identified as sexually active; 5. Willing to participate and make a commitment to follow the whole session of the present program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with severe physical or psychiatric illness; 2. Menopause induced by any therapy (e.g. chemotherapy or radiotherapy); 3. Attending any other non-pharmacotherapy (e.g. psychological treatment); 4. Having audio-visual obstacles and verbal communication disorders.
