A single intramuscular injection of vitamin D2:A single intramuscular injection of 600,000 units vitamin D2
Intermittent intramuscular injection of vitamin D2:Multiple intramuscular injection of vitamin D2, 600,000 units of vitamin D2 each time, until the subject's vitamin D level reaches sufficient state

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 25-hydroxyvitamin D level < 20 ng/ml 2) Aged between 18 and 60 years 3) No liver or kidney dysfunction or other serious diseases 4) No long-term travel planned in the tropical region within 6 months after the trial started 5) Willingness to participate in this study and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Vitamin D supplements in the last 6 months 2) A history of any drugs that could affect vitamin D metabolism in the last 6 months 3) Reluctance to participate in research 4) A history of cognitive impairment or somatic dysfunction affecting completion of study 5) A history of Hypercalcemia, vitamin D overdose or poisoning, renal insufficiency, chronic diarrhea, hypoproteinemia, or other conditions affecting vitamin D metabolism
