Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke in the China Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018 and for hemorrhagic stroke in the China Acute Hemorrhagic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2019; (2) patient is 20-75 years old, first onset, onset = 1 month; (3) mild paralysis of one limb, modified Ashworth classification of the affected lower limb = II; (4) clear consciousness, no obvious cognitive abnormalities, patient can understand and actively participate in the rehabilitation training; (5) no use of drugs affecting balance or walking, such as sedative-hypnotic drugs or antiepileptic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal and other important organ insufficiency; (2) combined with severe complications (such as hypertensive crisis, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, persistent seizures, deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities, etc.); (3) history of cognitive impairment, or sensory loss, or neurological disorders other than cerebral infarction. Cognitive impairment was defined as a score of <=22 on the Mini- mental state examination (MMSE); (4) patients with visual impairment, unable to see the ground when walking;(5) patients with vestibular organ disease;(6) patients with severe disease, or combined with severe skeletal and muscular diseases, or those who could not cooperate with the completion of training and assessment due to various reasons.
