Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction comply with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China (2018)", and have been confirmed by head imaging as large area cerebral infarction. The diagnostic criteria comply with the "Guidelines for Surgical Treatment of Large Area Cerebral Infarction"; Age = 18 years old; Patients who meet the indications for decompressive surgery of dead bone flap in large area cerebral infarction and require surgical treatment. Or: 2) The diagnosis meets the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019)", and has been confirmed by head imaging; Age >= 18 years old; Patients who meet the indications for hematoma removal surgery for cerebral hemorrhage and require surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Inability to take care of oneself due to any pre illness reasons; The neurological deficits left by past stroke have not fully recovered; Patients with pregnancy, infection, or inflammatory diseases; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, or immunosuppressive therapy; Subjects who refuse to sign informed consent forms or refuse follow-up. Or: 2) inability to take care of oneself due to any pre illness reasons; The neurological deficits left by past stroke have not fully recovered; Those whose bleeding site involves the ventricles or subarachnoid space; Intracranial hemorrhage caused by trauma or tumors; Patients with pregnancy, infection, or inflammatory diseases; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, or immunosuppressive therapy; Subjects who refuse to sign informed consent forms or refuse follow-up.
