Knee osteoarthritis

Interventions

Control group:Oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablets (750mg/ time, twice a day, for 6 weeks)
Treatment group:Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation (1 bag/time, 2 times/day) combined with isokinetic strength training (3 times/week for 6 weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of KOA and met the K/L score of knee X-ray <=2 points, aged =50 years, signed informed consent, had high compliance, and had not been treated with other methods recently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Very severe patients with KOA may need joint replacement surgery in the near future; 2) Patients with other serious primary diseases; 3) Arthritic diseases such as wind-related diseases, or acute synovitis, meniscus and injuries and other diseases affecting lower extremity function; 4) Patients with other critical diseases who cannot cooperate with the study; 5) The researchers of this study believe that it is not suitable for the patients in this study; 6) Contraindications to MRI.
