Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients followed up at our hospital in the 1st, 3rd and 6th months after enrollment 2) 18 years of age or older and body mass index: 27.5 2.69 as assessed by the homeostatic model) or type 2 diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who refuse to participate in the evaluation 2)Patients with severe infections, combined immune system diseases 3)Patients with a history of acute or chronic pancreatitis 4)Personal history or family history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) 5) having previously undergone bariatric metabolic surgery 6) used weight-loss drugs or medical practices such as liposuction in the 90 days prior to enrollment
