18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. It is confirmed by M.I.N.I. that it meets the DSM-5 bipolar disorder and is currently or recently the diagnostic criteria for depressive episode, with 8 =10 points; 4. Junior high school degree or above, MMSE >=24 points; 5. Steady use of mood stabilizers, antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs (maintain stable medication and dosage for at least 4 weeks, and there is no change plan at present).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental disorders that meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria as assessed by M.I.N.I. 2. Present serious suicidal thoughts, suicidal behavior (C-SSRS suicidal thoughts dimension score =4) or severe psychotic symptoms (BPRS>=45 points); 3. Systematic cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; 4. Currently undergoing psychological treatment; 5. Currently being accepted for any other clinical trials.
