Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis and the differentiation criteria of wind cold dampness syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. 2. Age range from 50 to 80 years old, regardless of gender. 3. If the patient has already received other non-surgical treatment and has undergone a 7-day washout period. 4. Informed consent and voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis accompanied by acute synovitis; 2. Patients with knee joint tuberculosis, tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Those who suffer from concurrent diseases that affect joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, melasma, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc; 4. Knee joint replacement surgery; 5. Within 60 days, receive systemic or intra-articular hormone therapy, and undergo intra-articular injection or arthroscopic examination of the knee joint within 3 months; 6. Patients participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 7. Except for KOA, pain relievers (such as acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, compound over-the-counter drugs containing pain relieving ingredients, traditional Chinese medicine that may contain pain relieving active ingredients, and local pain relievers) are required due to other chronic or recurrent pain; 8. Based on the judgment of the researcher, other lesions or situations that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment, may lead to loss of follow-up. 9. Patients with coagulation disorders; 10. Subjects participating in the "Application of Waist and Knee Joint Treatment Scraping Method in the Rehabilitation of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients".
