Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for ligoasthenospermia and kidney essence deficiency syndrome; (2) 20~50 years old; (3) Those who have cohabited together for more than 1 year after marriage, the couple's sexual life is normal, the woman has no fertility disease and failed to conceive due to the man's semen; (4) Those who have not used other Chinese or Western medicines to improve semen quality in the 1 month prior to being included in the observation; (5) Those who have been approved by the hospital's ethics committee and have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those whose age does not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Those suffering from inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system; (3) Abnormal level of endocrine sex hormone detection; (4) Abnormal sex chromosome karyotype detection; (5) Patients with severe varicocele or hydrocele testicular; (6) Patients with cryptorchidism or other testicular dysplasia; (7) Abnormal AZF genetic testing; (8) Severe liver and kidney function damage; (9) Those who are taking hormonal drugs, antitumor drugs, immunosuppressants and other drugs that are not conducive to treatment.
