Interventions

group A :conventional antidepressant medication (according to the actual needs) +online mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (10 weeks of MBCT + 10 weeks of waiting)
group B :conventional antidepressant medication(according to the actual needs)+online mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (10 weeks of waiting+ 10 weeks of MBCT)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality, aged 18-65; 2. Have a junior high school education or above, regardless of gender; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of dsm-5 depression; 4. At the time of enrollment, the total score of 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale >= 20 and <= 35; 5. Online electronic equipment can be used; 6. Understand the nature of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently meet the diagnostic criteria of other mental disorders except dsm-5 depression; 2. Item 3 "suicide" score of 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale = 3 or obvious suicidal tendency; 3. Had received any form of psychological and physical therapy within 1 month before joining the group; 4. With psychotic symptoms; 5. Serious primary or secondary somatic diseases; 6. Alcohol or other substance abuse in the past year; 7. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant during the study.
