45 Years to 81 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of PAC/PACG; (2) more than or equal to 3 clock hours (90 degrees) of PAS; (3) IOP >21mmHg if untreated or <=21mmHg on topical medication; (4) significant cataract deemed sufficient to cause decreased vision (worse than 20/30)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) previous incisional eye surgery; (2) presence of any cause of secondary glaucoma including neovascular glaucoma, exfoliative glaucoma, phacomorphic glaucoma, and uveitic glaucoma; (3) previous eye trauma.
