Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis criteria of pelvic floor dysfunction in and , the patients were diagnosed as mild to moderate PFDS; 2. 42 days after the birth, the clinic reviewed the single fetus foot menstrual vaginal delivery primipara; 3. Age 20-35; 4. Able to communicate effectively with researchers and proficient in using wechat and other programs; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. forceps delivery; 2. Perineal injury involving anal sphincter or intestinal wall; 3. There are pregnancy diseases and postpartum serious complications: preeclampsia, eclampsia, heart disease, etc.; 4. Have a history of psychological and mental illness; 5. communication disorders and physical movement disorders; 6. Serious pelvic floor diseases exist before pregnancy or during pregnancy.
