Index test:The ultrasound version was PHILIPS CX50 [Philips, Bothell, Washington, USA], and the abdominal probe (low-frequency convex array probe) was used for general ultrasound and M-mode ultrasound

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 14-80 years old; A patient with suspected spontaneous pneumothorax

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chest CT showed that the patient was non-pneumothorax
