Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Abstinence time, 2-7 days (2) Information on routine semen testing, completed questionnaires, and residual semen volume after routine semen testing were required to exceed the minimum requirements for microplastics testing. (3) Age range 18-45 years (4) No recent exposure to metallochemicals, no history of radiation. (5)Voluntarily signed informed consent and able to actively cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those whose questionnaire information was incomplete to fill in, more than 30% of the titles were either not filled in or did not respond to their title requirements; (2) Those suffering from reproductive diseases (azoospermia, cryptorchidism, epididymitis, prostatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, history of vasectomy, varicocele, etc.), birth defects (Y chromosome deletion; (3) Recent (within nearly 1 month) or long-term (3 consecutive months) intake of medications affecting semen quality (kidney tonic spermatogonia); (4) Affected with endocrinopathies, cardiovascular diseases). (5) Patients with comorbid cancer or hematological diseases; (6) Patients with combined hepatic and renal dysfunction; (7) Data on clinical cases, incomplete laboratory test results.
