Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who plan to undergo radical mastectomy;? Age from 18 to 65 years old;?ASA was graded ?~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with myocardial damage and heart block,cerebrovascular insufficiency ? Neuromuscular disease, pregnancy, calcium channel blocker long-term treatment; ?Diabetic neuropathy. ?Patients with severe functional disorders of liver and kidney before surgery; ?Known to be allergic to magnesium compounds;? There are cognitive function, hearing, language and other disorders, a history of mental illness, difficulty in communication or mental disorders difficult to cooperate
