Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (2) Age from 18 to 75 years old (3) unilateral shoulder arthroscopic surgery for the first time (4) The functions of heart, lung and abdominal organs were normal (5) Clear consciousness, easy to communicate, and actively cooperate (6) Informed consent was signed voluntarily. (7) complete the course of treatment without interruption or transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who were not eligible for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (2) Raynaud's syndrome or other vasospastic disorders such as thrombotic arteritis (3) sensory impairment or disturbance in the upper limbs (4) other infection foci throughout the body (5) bilateral shoulder surgery. (6) patients had shoulder surgery in the past (7) combined with other primary swelling diseases, such as anemia, hypoproteinemia, etc. (8) Postoperative drainage tube was placed (9) mental disorders
