20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A, elective cesarean delivery, singleton, primigravida; B, ASA class I -II; C, gestational week =37 weeks, age 20-45 years; D, no communication disorder and good compliance; E, no contraindication to intralesional anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A, have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within the last 3 months. B, have taken or are recently taking opioids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs 48 h prior to surgery. C, have had postoperative pruritus of the skin. D, have serious medical comorbidities, including pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational heart disease, asthma, etc. E. Preoperative abnormal liver and kidney function. F, patients with intraoperative changes in anesthesia. G, patients who cannot express their will correctly; those who have poor compliance and cannot complete the trial according to the study protocol.
