Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.the morphologic diagnosis of de novo APL according to French-American-British criteria. 2.the demonstration of PML-RARa fusion transcripts by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR ) or cytogenetic demonstration of t(15; 17)(q22; q12). 3.the age =15 years. 4.the written informed consent from legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant severe psychiatric condition, or patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other organs. 2.Poor medication compliance, taking medicine irregularly, or taking other drugs that may affect the effect of anti-leukemia drugs. 3.Data imperfection, unable to determine efficacy and safety.
