Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) From July 2015 to 2022.6, the newly diagnosed multiple myeloma at the hematology treatment center participating in the project; (2) According to IMWG2014 diagnostic criteria, patients diagnosed as multiple myeloma need to start systemic treatment immediately; (3) At least one course of treatment and efficacy evaluation can obtain survival information of patients; (4) The results of physical examination and imaging (including B-ultrasound, CT, MR and/or PET-CT) of the patient at the initial visit or at the time of disease recurrence/progression suggest the presence or absence of extramedullary myeloma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Lost patients: unable to find patients through existing measures and obtain survival information of patients; (2) At the time of initial diagnosis or disease progression/recurrence, the patient did not undergo physical examination and imaging detection to indicate whether extramedullary lesions were involved; (3) The patient did not sign the medical notice (including that the hospital will use its medical data to publish relevant scientific research papers or conduct academic exchanges), or clearly refused to use its medical data for academic exchanges.
