Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Isolated meniscus injury was diagnosed by imaging MRI before surgery; 2. Consistent with the surgical adaptation sign (the meniscus tear signal in MRI reached the articular surface of the tibial plateau; 3. Longitudinal tear (including barrel handle tear) was confirmed under arthroscopy, and the tear was repairable; 4. The surgical technique was meniscus suture (or meniscus suture combined with meniscus trimming); 5. Willing to participate in this clinical trial and receive follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative MRI diagnosis combined with other ligament or cartilage injuries; 2. The discoid meniscus was diagnosed under arthroscopy. 3. Definite knee osteoarthritis (K-L? and above, Outerbridge? and above 14,15); 4. Patients with local or systemic joint infection and obvious surgical contraindications and unable to perform surgery;
