Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: confirmed clinical stroke diagnosis, which was based on the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases 2: the first ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI scans 3: Unilateral onset, course of disease 2 weeks to 1 year 4: Brunnstrom of hemiplegic upper limb and hand staging from 4 to 5 5: Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 20/30 6: informed consent to the study and signed the consent of rTMS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: With progressive stroke, malignant progressive hypertension and so on 2: The function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs is reduced or failed 3: Aphasia, hemianopsia, hemianopsia, or affective disorders, which affected participants' ability to follow study procedures 4: Known risk factors for TMS, such as pacemakers, intracranial metal implants, epilepsy, and skull defects.
