Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Yang deficiency constitution was determined according to the classification and determination of TCM constitution published by China Association of Chinese Medicine in 2009 [ 1 ]. Judgment process : calculate the transformation score of yang deficiency constitution by judgment method, and judge yang deficiency constitution according to the standard. 1 ) meet the criteria for judging Yang deficiency constitution ; 2 ) 18 = age = 60 years old, gender unlimited ; 3 ) There was no obvious organic disease in health examination ; 4 ) Patients with yang deficiency constitution who received and adhered to governor vessel moxibustion treatment ; 5 ) No other drugs and methods were used during the treatment ; 6 ) Subjects voluntarily joined the study with informed consent ; 7 ) Living in Jinan for more than 1 year, and not taking antibiotics, probiotics, yogurt and other drugs or food that affect the intestinal flora in the past month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 ) pregnant or lactating women ; 2 ) alcohol, drug dependence or abuse ; 3 ) Patients with infection, infectious diseases or severe skin diseases ; 4 ) to participate in other clinical researchers in the past 1 month ; 5 ) Others that may affect the results of the study are not suitable for inclusion.
