Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients cared for by family caregivers: ? Patients with gastric cancer who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Cancer (2021). Family caregivers: ? live together with the patients and undertake the main care work. The average care time is 3 to 5 days per week, and the daily care time is more than 4 hours; ? The first-degree relatives (parents, children, etc.) of the patient, who know the patient's condition and have not received salary; ? Age = 18 years old, with listening and speaking ability and no cognitive impairment; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Medical workers: Nurses must also possess the following qualifications: ? have five years or more of experience in gastric cancer nursing; ? Having intermediate or above technical titles; ? Bachelor's degree or above; ? Volunteer to participate in this interview. Doctors must also possess the following qualifications: ? have five years or more of experience in the treatment of gastric cancer; ? Having intermediate or above technical titles; ? Bachelor's degree or above; ? Volunteer to participate in this interview.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients cared for by family caregivers: patients with serious functional diseases of heart, kidney, liver and other important organs or with other cancers. Family caregivers: ? professional caregivers, such as nannies and nursing workers; ? Family caregivers who are not responsible for the diet of patients; ? Family caregivers engaged in nutrition related professions, such as nutritionists, nurses, etc. Medical workers: Nurse: ? Interview dropouts; ? Those who are not interested in the interview content and have low participation enthusiasm. Doctor: ? Those who withdraw midway through the interview; ? Those who are not interested in the interview content and have low participation enthusiasm.
