Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) be diagnosed by "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018", ejection fraction = 50%, previous history of ischemic heart disease or myocardial infarction, and confirmed by cardiovascular doctors (clinical confirmed by auxiliary examinations such as ambulatory electrocardiogram and coronary angiography). (2) NYHA Class II; (3) Age= 60 years old; (4) Stable drug therapy for the past 30 days; (5) Voluntarily participate in this research project and agree to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital heart disease (2) Unstable angina (3) Severe valvular disease (4) Decompensated heart failure (5) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) Uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension (> 180/110mmHg) (7) Patients with acute and chronic infections and malignant tumors; (8) New stroke or myocardial infarction (9) Bone or neuromuscular abnormalities that cannot perform power car exercise (10) Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, active thrombophlebitis (11) Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure> 50mmHg) (12) Aortic aneurysm, cerebral aneurysm (13) Arrhythmias that may interfere with the ECG gating function of EECP devices (14) Bleeding disorders or obvious bleeding tendency (15) There is a foci of infection in the counterpulsating limb (16) Moderate to severe cognitive impairment or dementia
