19 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18=age=75 years old, gender is not limited (2) Patients who are clinically diagnosed with acute pulmonary embolism (PE) and need pulmonary artery thrombus removal (3) RV/LV ratio=0.9 (4) Patients who agree to participate in this research and voluntarily sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Target vessel diameter 70 mmHg (5) Hematocrit<28% (6) Patients with a history of chronic pulmonary hypertension (7) Patients with left bundle branch block
