Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria agreed by experts in the diagnosis and treatment of adult bronchiectasis in China in 2021; ? bronchiectasis severity index (BSI) score >8; ? In accordance with the clinical classification of the diagnosis and treatment protocol for novel coronavirus infection (trial 10th edition), the clinical classification was medium, and imaging showed characteristic manifestations of novel coronavirus pneumonia. (4) COVID-19 positive patients turn negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The vital signs were unstable and could not tolerate outside hyperbaric oxygen treatment; ? Patients with respiratory diseases such as severe emphysema, pulmonary bulla, pneumothorax, lung cancer (being treated with antitumor drugs); ? With serious underlying diseases such as heart failure, liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) Can not be combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment; (5) Poor treatment compliance.
