Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) meeting the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria in Chinese and Western medicine; 2)married women between the ages of 20-45 years; 3)the subjects were examined for at least one tubal patency 4) the participant could ensure that the couple had regular sexual intercourse and that the male reproductive function was normal; 5) agreed to participate in the survey and signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, androgen-secreting tumors, etc; 2) Those with physical defects or malformations in the reproductive system, or genetic factors leading to infertility 3) Those with combined serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system 4) Those with mental disorders or severe cognitive impairment that prevents them from participating in cooperation 5) Those taking sex hormone therapy within 6 months 6) Those who participate in other relevant clinical studies 7) Those who receive acupuncture treatment for the disease within 6 months.
