Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD) 3rd edition; 2. have a pre-treatment PSQI score of >7; 3. No depression, anxiety and other mental diseases and nervous system disease such as stroke, dementia, Parkinson's disease and chronic pain; 4. aged 18 to 65 years old, regardless of gender; 5. Education level at primary school or above; 6. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of physical illness, organic brain disease and substance abuse; 2. Previous authors with epilepsy; 3. the presence of metal objects such as pacemakers, stents, inner ear hearing aids, etc. in the body 4. women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Those who are uncooperative in the examination and unable to complete the test.
