Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain: the diagnostic criteria are (Gu Rui et al., 2022; KreinerDS, et al., 2020); 2. Aged between 18 and 55 (including 18 and 55); 3. Right-handed; 4. VAS score >= 4; 5. Have not taken medicines related to the prevention and treatment of low back pain in the past 1 month; 6. Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal-specific diseases (lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, suppurative spondylitis, intervertebral disc infection, tuberculous spondylitis, ankylosing spondylitis, sacroiliac joint osteitis compact, spinal tumors, etc.); 2. Spinal trauma (spinal fracture, etc.), deformity (scoliosis, kyphosis, etc.); 3. Metabolic diseases (osteoporosis, osteomalacia, gout, etc.); 4. Urinary system diseases (kidney stones, urinary tract stones, pyelonephritis, etc.); 5. Gynecological diseases (endometriosis, etc.), pregnancy; 6. Other diseases (nervous disease, vascular disease, psychogenic disease, etc.); 7. Pain in other parts (hip joint, knee joint, headache, etc.); 8. Contraindications to MRI (metal dentures, claustrophobia).
