40 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 40-90 years old; ASA I-III level; No severe liver and kidney dysfunction; No history of addiction to psychotropic substances.Patients who received elective general anesthesia surgery in the Department of Orthopedics and Sports,Department of Thoracic surgery, Department of General Surgery, Department of Urology, Department of Hepatobiliary,Department of Spine Surgery will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative MMSE = 23 points; Severe cardiopulmonary disease;Difficulty in listening, reading, and writing; Preoperative presence of cerebrovascular disease; Low hemoglobin; Surgical time5 hours; Pregnant or lactating women; Participating in other clinical studies within 30 days.
