Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require free flap repair due to soft tissue defects in the head and neck. 2. Pre operative Anesthesia Assessment ASA Grading Standard I or II. 3. The ratio of the artery diameter of the flap to the artery diameter of the recipient area = 1.5. 4. Obtaining Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of head and neck radiation therapy. 2. The condition of tunica intima is poor. 3. Other researchers believe that it is not suitable for enrollment.
