Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject selection criteria: (1) Age 40-75 years old, male or female; (2) Subjects who need to undergo colonoscopy due to the needs of early CRC screening (routine tumor screening; history of polyps or new organisms; diagnostic examination for occult blood or anemia; diarrhea or constipation of unknown etiology); (3) Subjects who applied PEG-ELS for bowel preparation before colonoscopy; 2. Medical staff selection criteria: (1) Able to perform colonoscopy independently; (2) 200 cases of colonoscopies have been performed independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Therapeutic colonoscopy, such as polypectomy; 2. Subjects who have undergone colorectal surgery and colorectal anatomy change, it is not suitable to use BBPS score to evaluate the quality of bowel preparation; 3. Subjects who have contraindications to colonoscopy or who are considered unsuitable for colonoscopy by doctors, such as significant clinically significant water and electrolyte disturbances; 4. Emergency colonoscopy.
