Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sub-topic 1: Effect of post-new crown infection on fresh embryos for ovulation and embryo transfer - Study inclusion criteria: - Age 20-45 years; - Receiving ovulation promotion therapy; Sub-topic 2: Effect of neoconiosis on ovarian reserve function in women - Based on sub-study 1, patients in the experimental group will be screened - Inclusion criteria: - 1. have received IVF/ICSI for pregnancy = 1 time within 1 year prior to neocoronavirus infection - 2. have undergone IVF within 1 year of novel coronavirus infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sub-topic 1: Effect of post-new crown infection on fresh embryo promotion and embryo transfer Study exclusion criteria: 1. women receiving donor eggs for pregnancy; 2. intrauterine insemination; 3. Obviously unsuitable conditions for assisted reproductive conception, such as 1), serious mental disorders, acute genitourinary infections, sexually transmitted diseases in either sex. 2), hereditary diseases that are unsuitable for fertility as stipulated in the Maternal and Infant Health Care Law and for which preimplantation genetic diagnosis is currently not possible. 3), exposure of either partner to teratogenic amounts of rays, poisons, drugs, and in the period of action. 4), exposure of the female partner to the effects of the new crown infection. ), the female partner's uterus does not function for pregnancy or serious physical illnesses that cannot tolerate pregnancy.
