Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age= 60 years; X-rays confirm femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unsurgically treated; old fractures (3 weeks between injury and admission> pathological fractures or malignant neoplasms; Fractures around the prosthesis; Multiple fractures or open fractures; Lung infection confirmed prior to surgery; Blood system diseases or immune system diseases, such as leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus; Clinical data are incomplete.
