Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients who are going to undergo painless gastroenteroscopy : unlimited for men and women, ASA grade I-II, aged 65-80 years, BMI 18-24kg /m^2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute gastrointestinal bleeding or shock; Acute onset of asthma; Acute upper respiratory tract infection; In need of a heart, liver or kidney transplant; Severe liver or kidney damage; Anemia or thrombocytopenia; Severe heart disease; Systolic blood pressure =180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg, heart rate =110 beats/min; Sleep apnea syndrome or pathological obesity; Suspected gastric retention or gastric emptying disorder; It is necessary to conduct examinations with large injurious stimulation (such as endoscopic ultrasound, polypectomy, etc.); Pregnant or lactating women; A history of drug and/or alcohol abuse; A history of long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; Mental system diseases; Or allergic to benzodiazepines or butorphanol
