Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged from 6 to 12 year 2: Symptoms meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD/ADHD in DSM-V 3: Did not take any medication to treat ASD/ADHD at the time of the visit 4: The DN: CAS test has been completed 5: Total IQ of Wechsler intelligence test = 80 points (revised version of Wechsler Children's Intelligence Scale)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Previous history of mental illness such as schizophrenia 2: Significant organic lesions present on head CT or MRI examination 3: Abnormal electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram examination 4: Existence of visual and auditory diseases with abnormal liver and kidney function, thyroid function, and impact on cognitive function assessment 5: The DN: CAS test has not been completed 6: Total IQ of Wechsler intelligence test<80 points (revised version of Wechsler Children's Intelligence Scale)
