Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled for elective total hip arthroplasty for the first time every day; 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patient grade I ~ III; 3) Aged 60-75 years old, male or female; 4) Patients or their families were informed of the test methods and possible adverse reactions, signed informed consent; 5) Patients without related nerve block contraindications;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with other parts of multiple trauma patients; 2) have a history of local anesthetic drug allergy and nervous system disease; 3) ultrasound scan area of severe skin damage and infection lesions; 4) combined with severe heart disease and respiratory system disease; 5) combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6) combined with abnormal cortisol secretion disease; 7) mental illness or emotional and mental retardation can not cooperate.
