Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with no venous embolism detected by color Doppler ultrasound 2 weeks before surgery. 2. No smoking history. 3. Patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anesthesia. 4. There is no allergy to Wuzhuyu, Wangbuliu Xingzi adhesive tape, etc. 5. Accepted this study and signed with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood diseases; 2. Coagulation dysfunction 3. Patients with blood clots in other large blood vessels such as the iliac artery 4. After 3-6 weeks of preoperative anticoagulation therapy, low-molecular-weight heparin was discontinued, and the thrombus did not disappear or gradually expanded on follow-up ultrasound. Patients who were implanted with an inferior vena cava filter after surgery 5. Patients with surgery time exceeding 4 hours. 6. Those whose feet cannot be applied externally (such as wounds) 7. Psychiatric patients 8. Those who cannot cooperate with this treatment (such as deaf mute patients, those who cannot correctly understand pain and comfort scores)
