18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. The patient was diagnosed with primary IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy and clinical examination; 3. Consistent with the TCM syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency, heat poison pharynx syndrome type; 4. eGFR>=45ml/min/1.73m^2; 5. Informed and agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Those who are allergic to the drugs in this study; 3. Patients who have used antibiotics within 1 month; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, lung and hematopoietic system; 5. Patients with moderate and severe edema.
