Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Randomly recruit doctors from the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery department, gastrointestinal and pancreatic surgery department and anorectal surgery Department of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Working life >=1 year; 4. Participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgeons who have busy schedules and are not expected to have enough time to participate in this study.
