Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. COPD is diagnosed according to the Global Initiative Criteria for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD2020); Specific standards: (1) A long history of smoking or occupational dust inhalation; (2) Suffering from dyspnea, chronic cough or expectoration; (3) FEV1/FVC value < 0.70 after bronchodilator inhalation; 3. No symptoms of respiratory infection or exacerbation in the 1 month prior to the study; 4. Willing to sign written informed consent and comply with the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Complicated with other lung diseases such as asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary interstitial diseases, lung tumors, pulmonary resection, etc.; 3. Complicated with severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, mental and cognitive dysfunction, hearing and communication dysfunction, etc.
