Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suspected to be coronary heart disease based on clinical manifestations and laboratory examination and undergoing coronary CTA or DSA examination; Patients gave informed consent to this study. 2. Diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease: DSA or coronary CTA examination showed that the internal diameter of at least one major branch of coronary artery was stenosis >=50%. 3. Diagnostic criteria for non-coronary heart disease: (1) Initial rule of myocardial ischemia by ECG in outpatient or inpatient; (2) Negative cardiac biomarkers; (3) DSA or coronary CTA examination showed no stenosis or mild stenosis (stenosis > 30% and < 50%) in the main branches of the coronary artery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the corresponding assessment and inspection and quit midway; 2. MRI image quality does not meet the requirements; 3. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases, acute heart failure, and chronic cardiac insufficiency (NYHA cardiac function grade ? ~ ?) were excluded; 4. Contraindications to MRI examination (e.g., inability to remove metal implants such as prosthetic heart valves, pacers, or others, claustrophobia, etc.).
