Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed according to the Diagnostic Criteria for Coronary atherosclerotic Heart Disease, and coronary angiography results showed that at least one vessel had stenosis >=50%. 2. Age of male patients <=55 years old and female patients <=65 years old. 3. Follow doctor's orders and managers. 4. Informed consent, sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received coronary vascular reconstruction within 6 months. 2. Patients not diagnosed with coronary heart disease for the first time and taking drugs for a long time. 3. Patients with other heart diseases, such as arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, valvular heart disease, and heart failure. 4. Patients with hematologic diseases, malignant tumors, rheumatic immune system diseases, kidney diseases, liver diseases. 5. Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as severe infection and severe burn, who have undergone surgery within one month. 6. Hemolysis caused by improper preservation of blood samples.
