Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=55 years, no mental disease or cognitive dysfunction and other conditions can not cooperate; 2. Coronary heart disease meets the relevant diagnostic criteria in Internal Medicine (9th edition) and has PCI indications; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute and chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases or connective tissue diseases; 2. Illiterate, mentally handicapped, mentally ill, etc.
