60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. 2. Aged 60 to 80 years. 3. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver (child-pugh grade c) or kidney (chronic kidney disease Grade 3-4) dysfunction before surgery. 2. Patients with MMSE<=17 or with a history of dementia and delirium. 3. Patients with severe visual and hearing disabilities can not cooperate with the research. 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery or severe chronic gastrointestinal disease. 5. Oral antibiotics for more than 3 days in the last 1 month, and oral probiotics and prebiotics before surgery.
