Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years. 2. The presence of at least one symptom of gait, cognitive, or voiding dysfunction that is not entirely explained by other neurodegenerative diseases. 3. Head CT and MRI examination revealed evidence of ventricle enlargement, excluding other diseases of ventricle enlargement. 4. Intracranial pressure was within the normal range, and cerebrospinal fluid related indicators were normal. 5. The informed consent is signed by the patient or authorized person.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases with cognitive and physical impairment. 2. There are absolute contraindications for lumbar puncture or continuous lumbar cistern drainage. 3. Mental illness or recent use of psychotropic drugs.
