Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's syndrome such as primary Parkinson's disease, multi-system atrophy or progressive supranuclear palsy were diagnosed by the neurologist of Huashan Hospital according to the diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 40-80 years; 3. The dosage was stable within 2 months before participating in the experiment; 4. Can walk independently and safely without help or crutches, and can complete standing up, sitting and standing movements; 5. MMSE>24, which can be understood to cooperate with treatment and research; 6. The patient (or his family) signs the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other mental diseases; 2. Patients with epilepsy and those taking drugs that can cause epilepsy; 3. Complicated with other organic diseases or serious systemic diseases (such as severe heart disease, hypertension, etc.); 4. Fractures have occurred within 6 months, and there are bone and joint diseases affecting gait; 5. Participating in other clinical trials.
